Martin's Point is one of the premier neighborhoods on the Outer Banks. It is located at the northern gateway to the Outer Banks. The community has restricted access with a guard gate and around the clock security service.  There are no vacation rental homes in Martin's Point and with only primary and second homes in the neighborhood, it is a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the Outer Banks during the busy summer season. The neighborhood is friendly and welcoming and a locals favorite.

A Boaters Paradise!

Martin's Point is a 2 and 1/2 mile peninsula that is bordered by the Currituck Sound on the West side and Ginguite Creek on the east side. The creek is very wide and is one of the favorite spots in the area for wake boarding, water skiing and tubing, kayaking and paddleboarding.  Over half of the homes and home sites are waterfront and all homes have access to a neighborhood marina complete with slips to rent, boat storage, a pavilion and playground. 

Paradise on Land As Well!

The land in Martin's Point is rolling and wooded with beautiful Live Oak trees and towering Pine trees. The wide streets make it a wonderful place to walk or bike ride and since the roads are private there is very little traffic.  There are several freshwater ponds that are perfect for fishing or just enjoying taking a rest in one of the benches after a stroll around the neighborhood.  The waterfowl are abundant in Martin's Point and it is not uncommon to see an Egret or Blue Heron standing near a pond or on a dock. The are quite a number of Osprey that make Martin's Point home as well.
